Our story
Why we built Truust.
Buying and selling on Instagram and WhatsApp is how a lot of Nigerian commerce already works. It’s fast and personal, and it’s also where too many people lose money to fake buyers, fake sellers and items that never arrive.
Truust started from that problem. Instead of asking people to leave the apps they love, we built one place where the chat, the payment and the delivery are all protected. The social feed makes it easy to discover and sell. Escrow makes it safe. Riders make it simple.
Everyone on Truust can both buy and sell. There are no separate accounts and no special roles, just people trading with people, with Truust holding the money until the deal is done.
