Why it exists

Delivery runs on phone calls and notebooks.

Most delivery agencies in Nigeria still run on phone calls, WhatsApp messages and a notebook at the front desk. It works until it doesn’t: an order is forgotten, a rider can’t be reached, and nobody can say whether yesterday’s cash ever made it to the till.

Truust for agencies replaces that with one system your whole team uses. Orders go in once. Riders see them on their phones. Customers get a link instead of calling to ask where their parcel is. Every payment is recorded against the order it belongs to.

You keep your own bank account and your own customers. Truust is the dashboard, the rider app and the record. It never sits between you and your money.

Before
  • Orders come in by call and WhatsApp, and get written in a notebook
  • Riders are rung one by one to find out who is free
  • Customers call to ask where their parcel is
  • Nobody can say if yesterday’s cash reached the till
With Truust
  • Every order goes in once, with the fee and the stops
  • You see who is free and who is on a job, on the map
  • Customers open a link and watch their rider
  • Each payment is recorded against its order and checked by a manager

Payments

Your money stays yours. The record stays honest.

Agencies lose money in small ways: a cash payment nobody wrote down, a fee quietly lowered, a delivery that never went through the system. The ledger makes each of those visible.

Customers pay you, not us

Money goes into your own bank account or your own cash drawer. Truust records it. We never hold it.

The amount comes from the order

Staff confirm that a customer paid. They can't type a different amount. Only a manager can change a fee, and a reason is always required.

Nothing is deleted

A wrong entry is voided and stays visible, with who voided it and why. The record of what happened is always complete.

Odd things stand out

Free deliveries, deliveries marked done without a rider photo, and payments nobody has checked against your bank are listed for you.

Proof

Every delivery leaves a trail.

A photo at every handover

Riders take a photo when the parcel changes hands. It is saved on the order, ready for any customer who says it never arrived.

The route, on record

Live GPS while the rider is on the way, so you can see where they are, the route they're taking and the time left.

Manual completions are flagged

If staff mark an order delivered without a rider photo, it is labelled and counted in your daily numbers.

A tracking link for every customer

Customers see their rider and the status, rate the delivery, or report a problem straight to your manager. Front-desk staff can't hide it.

Your team

Everyone sees what they need, and no more.

Manager

The owner's view. Sees everything and holds the controls.

You see every naira without having to ask anyone.

  • Every order, payment and rider in one place
  • Verifies or voids payments
  • Changes a fee, with a reason on record
  • Resolves customer reports
  • Logs fuel, repairs and rider wages

Dispatcher

Runs the day at the front desk.

You take the order once, and it reaches the rider.

  • Creates orders and assigns riders from the map
  • Records payments the customer makes
  • Chats with riders
  • Cannot change a fee or close a customer report

Rider

Works from the Truust rider app.

You get the job on your phone and know exactly where to go.

  • Gets each job on their phone
  • Shares location while on a delivery
  • Uploads the proof photo at handover
  • Goes online or offline when they choose

Agency FAQ

Questions from agencies.

Straight answers about riders, teams, tracking and billing.

Every agency has an invite code. Riders enter it when they sign up in the Truust Rider app, and you get a request in your dashboard. You confirm the riders you know and reject the ones you don't. The first time you confirm a rider, you accept responsibility for the riders you add.

Riders you add are marked “Agency verified”, which means you vouch for them. Truust does not check the documents of riders who join through an agency, so you are responsible for them, their vehicles and the deliveries they handle for you. Riders who went through Truust's own checks show as “Truust verified”.

Dispatchers can create orders, assign riders, use the Fleet Map and take marketplace jobs. They cannot see your earnings or financials, manage your riders, add team logins, or approve free deliveries. You create each login yourself and can deactivate it at any time.

Each order has its own tracking link that you can send by WhatsApp. The customer opens it in any browser, with no app and no sign-up. They see the status, a live map once the rider is on the way, the rider's name and vehicle, and buttons to call or message the rider or your agency.

From the tracking page, the customer can report a problem and pick a reason: never arrived, wrong item, arrived damaged, very late, rider behaviour, or something else. The report is sent to your agency, and the customer can see whether it is being reviewed or has been resolved. Riders also take a photo as proof when they mark an order delivered.

Yes. When a nearby marketplace delivery comes up, your agency is alerted before it goes to the open pool. You see the route, the item and your closest riders, then set your price and send a rider. A countdown shows how long you have. You can also turn on “Delivered by your agency” so buyers see your name.

The agency plan is ₦30,000 per month and includes everything on this page. Payments are recorded by the Truust team and show up in your Settings as a billing history. Your subscription status is also shown there.

A smartphone with the Truust Rider app and a data connection. While a rider is on a delivery, or online, the app shares their location so you can see them on your map. On Android, a notification shows that location sharing is on.

Your Settings page shows whether your subscription is active. If it isn't, dispatch access may be paused until it is renewed. Contact the Truust team and they will help you get back up and running.

Open Support in your dashboard and start a chat. It is one continuous conversation with the Truust team, so your history stays in one place, and you can see whether it is open, in progress or resolved.
