How to delete

Get ready

Withdraw any money in your wallet and finish or cancel any deals that are still open.

Step 02

Send us a request

Email us from the address you want us to reply to, with the phone number on your Truust account.

Step 03

We delete it

We confirm it’s really you, then delete your account and personal information.

  • Your profile, name and photo
  • Your listings, posts and stories
  • Your messages
  • Your saved details and notification settings

What we may need to keep

  • Records of completed transactions, where the law requires us to keep them
  • Information needed to handle an open or past dispute
  • Anything we must keep to prevent fraud or meet legal duties
